The Full Story
It took me five years, countless hours of medical research, and thousands of dollars to heal my chronic wrist tendonitis.
To my surprise, the first few doctors I saw all told me the same thing: go home, rest, ice, take ibuprofen, and come back if it gets worse.
One doctor ran a series of tests only to reach the same conclusion.
Meanwhile, wrist tendonitis pain slowly took over my entire life.
So I turned to the internet. I tried everything: braces, compression sleeves, massage, exercises, ergonomic equipment, cryotherapy, ice baths, shockwave therapy, and more.
But none of it worked. I was left in the same frustrating position, except the pain was starting to get unbearable.
At the worst of it, I couldn’t cook, drive, lift weights, do laundry, or even pet my dog without pain. I bought paper plates and straws because I could no longer pick up real plates or glasses.
Every morning, I would lie in bed and soak in the few pain-free moments of my day before I brushed my teeth, which always caused the pain to return for the rest of the day.
I was tired of suffering from tendonitis. I just wanted to use my hands freely again without enduring the annoying and unbearable pain that came from deep within my wrists and forearms.
So, I took matters into my own hands and started researching chronic wrist tendonitis day and night.
I dove into medical journals and scientific studies on tendon physiology, treatment theories, and biomechanics.
I studied the anatomy of the wrist and forearm, including the tendons, muscles, bones, and nerves involved.
I read hundreds of forum posts and blog articles from people who had successfully healed their tendonitis, looking for patterns in what worked and what didn't.
I analyzed rehabilitation protocols from physical therapists and doctors, compared treatment philosophies, and tested theories on myself to see what would work.
I was determined to understand every detail of this condition so I could create a solution that not only worked for me, but that could also work for other people dealing with wrist tendonitis in the future.
